It took this intentionally lying, false sex crime accusing, sack of crap, LaGina Hyman 23+ years to finally admit that it was members of her own family who sexually abused her since she was 5 y.o.. Despite this admission, and despite NRCP Rule 59(a)(1)(b), Rule 59(d), Rule 60(b)(2), and Rule 60(d)(1) Clark County, Nevada District Court Judge Mary Kay Holthus won't re-open the case and exonerate my innocent, falsely accused, best friend, Steven Crain. Could the reason why Judge Holthus won't do this, is because 23+ years ago, Mary Kay Holthus was the lead Clark County, NV Deputy D. A. who maliciously prosecuted innocent Steven Crain?
